We have been renting villas in Orlando for 20 years and our experience in dealing with Gary and Dawn it is that they are exceptionally charming and helpful.  Their Management Company are  equally as pleasant and helpful. The villa  is in a good location for most of the parks. It is within easy distance of shops. Publix, is in fact, within walking distance. The hot tub was most relaxing and the games room is an  added bonus.

This is a great villa - a real home for the holiday with every facility we needed to make our stay perfect. This is the second time we have been here and we will be back!
The location is great - a very short drive to Disney and not bad for Universal etc. The local facilities are good - nice golf and shops / bar / restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend you to try it out.

Great clean spacious villa situated in a good location. Gary and Dawn were very prompt to reply to our last minute questions and Chris was very pleasant when she welcomed us to the villa. I would definitely recommend the villa.

Lovely Villa with everything you could need for a great stay, All booking queries dealt with straight away by owners Gary and Dawn. Management company were on hand nearby if any problems which there wasn't.  Would definitely stay again.  Thank you for a wonderful time.

We had a lovely stay in Florida this summer. Gary and Dawn villa was lovely, and we all enjoyed our stay there. It was in a peaceful area, and only 2 minutes drive from a big supermarket. It’s also easy to drive to all the big parks around in the area, and it doesn’t take more than 20 minutes drive before you are there.

Beautiful Villa, lived up to our expectation, spacious & fully equipped for 6 adults. We had a wonderful & leisurely stay taking full advantage of the pool, hot tub & deck to relax in.
Good location for all Orlando has to offer.
Gary & Dawn were great to deal with & answered all our queries instantly. Would highly recommend their villa. Wonderful memories!!

Great holiday in a very nice Villa. Location is close enough to the attractions for easy access but far enough away to be really peaceful. The local eateries are very good. The new Indian place is outstanding.  Overall a GREAT PLACE TO STAY.

Absolutely fantastic villa. Our party had four adults and three children and the villa had plenty to keep everyone entertained and happy while providing a luxurious and relaxing haven at the end of a busy day exploring the parks. The villa is tastefully and very comfortably furnished and in an ideal location close to parks, attractions, shopping and supermarkets. The pool and spa are just wonderful and the deck is an ideal place to relax by the pool with a beer and do nothing. The owners Gary and Dawn could not have been easier and more pleasant to deal with and made everything so simple. We will have no hesitation in recommending this villa to friends and family and we will definitely return ourselves soon.

Beautiful villa. Our group consisted of 5 adults and 2 children, and it suited each one of us. We loved the pool, BBQ area, lounge, decor, everything really. Villa location was great - 20 minutes or so to Disney, etc, and 2 minutes to decent supermarket, bar, and take-aways. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the villa for our honeymoon, and couldn't have asked for a nicer place! Everything was fresh, clean, and beautiful. We adored the pool and hung out there for several days, as opposed to opting to go to Disney World longer (and we got into Disney for free thanks to a relative who works there!).  This was our first time renting any kind of villa and Gary and Dawn were so great to deal with. After this experience, we will never stay in a hotel while visiting Florida - especially when we can rent this particular villa!

Wow Wow Wow, great Villa with everything you could want for a fantastic holiday, we could have just stayed at the villa and not visited any of the parks, it really is comfortable and very well equipped.
Gary and Dawn have been great nothing is too much trouble, almost like renting from family, and Geoff and Chris who look after the villa in Florida for them are great as well, again nothing too much trouble. We had such a great time, the villa was spotless.
Well positioned it was easy to visit the parks etc 15 mins away, great advice on where to visit and eat

Great villa, great holiday, spent 2 weeks in your Lovely house, great size and everything you need is on hand, local Publix and Applebees were great to have close by. Hot spa at the end of long day exploring Disney Worlds was just the tonic we needed.
Easy booking procedure and communication, directions, access to house were all spot on, welcome book was very helpful. Would not hesitate in returning even though it is a 30 hour + trip . Thanks Again

We had a great time, although, the weather was very cold. The pool heater worked great though, so at least we were able to still go in the spa and pool. Highly recommended!

I was sceptical about renting a villa through the internet. It is hard to pay money for a rental that you have never seen. I was also sceptical about paying money to someone I had never met. I was delighted that the description of the villa was accurate and that Gary and Dawn alleviated my fears. The villa was exactly as stated in the description. There were no surprises. The villa was clean, modern, convenient, and inviting. Even my five year old son wanted to stay at the villa than go out and about. The pool was nice and plenty big enough. All my family was delighted with the Villa. We all agreed that we would never stay at a hotel again. Every minute of our vacation was spent doing something we liked. Whether going to Disney or relaxing at the Villa. One of the benefits of renting the villa is everyone had their own space. The house is plenty big enough that each person can have "down" time when needed. The villa was so awesome that we had a hard time leaving. When we did get ready to leave, we realized that the villa was so well equipped that we could have brought much less stuff with us. Anytime I had questions while I was at the villa, Gary always returned my calls. He was prompt and handled any concerns we had immediately. I will say that if you go in the cooler months, that heating the pool is a must. The pool is not heated and it cost about twenty dollars extra a day to heat the pool. We decided that we wanted the pool heated after being there a day and Gary quickly acted upon our request. Now to some areas of improvement. I think that upon booking the villa, maybe there should be another notice sent about heating the pool. Some people may not realize that in Florida, you sometimes need a heated pool. Also, there were not enough hooks in the bathroom to hang towels from or any bathmats. In the whole scheme of things, just a little inconvenient. This villa is superb and anyone who rents the villa will have a great stay.

Gary & Dawn prove that renting a marvelous villa, having a wonderful time and enjoying the great hospitality of Highlands Reserve is a very nice thing to experience. But next to that, they are outstanding and extremely warm and friendly when unlucky things happen to your family (mid-ear infection of our little daughter) and you can't fly back home because of that. All possible support we experienced by them resulting in finding another villa just around the corner where we could stay until our flight home was known (3 days later) and our daughter could recover without  being 'forced' to stay at some hotel on the airport or so. Our thanks also to Geoff and Chris of GBW Management in Davenport and Mike Gilder (other villa) who truly helped us out of this inconvenience. All 4 of us  are looking forward and counting the days to visit Gary and Dawn's villa again in July this year! So many thanks again, we truly lived the  Highlands Reserve hospitality!!! Hi Gary and Dawn, Wow, our Disney World trip is already over, and....... we want to go back. Your home was fantastic.  We all absolutely loved it.  It was close to all the parks and yet very private.  Great for our two families.  Pool, hot tub.... heck, the whole thing was awesome.  Weather was beautiful!  In fact there were no "issues" at all.   Your property manager Chris (also a lovely lady) was kind and nice on her visits.
